How to Adjust the Level of Hunter Douglas Honeycomb Shades
To adjust the level of a Hunter Douglas Honeycomb shade: insert the yellow key or an Allen wrench into one of the openings on the bottom of the bottom rail or the top of the mid rail for a top down bottom up shade.
Turn the key or Allen wrench one direction to lower the rail or the other direction to raise the rail until level with the other side.
Always lower the rail that is uneven all the way down to the bottom as low as it will go before making any adjustments. The rail may have just rolled up uneven once and it may level itself without adjusting.
How to Adjust the Level of Alta Honeycomb Shades
Turn the clear adjustable cam one direction to let more cord out to lower or turn the other direction to roll more cord up to raise to make the rail level.
These cams are on the bottom of the bottom rail and the top of the mid rail on top down bottom up honeycomb shades.
